Payment and Exchange Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or you are welcome to pay through Paypal. If you would like to pay via money order, your order will be sent out when payment is received. Please call 646-360-2304 with any questions. We have a 14-day exchange policy. Sorry, no refunds. We are not responsible for shipping on exchanges and we do not offer free shipping on exchanged items even if it is over our $100 limit.

Shipping
We ship USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. We can also ship Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 3 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates but we can guarantee ship dates. Since many of the pieces are hand-made, please allow up to one week for shipments to be shipped. Most orders will ship within three days. If you need your order shipped in less than 3 days, email or call us so we can do our best to expedite. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.

Emails will be answered in a timely manner (usually in less than 24 hours). We are a small company that will take all of your concerns to heart. Please have patience with us if we do not return calls the same day.

Care of Apparel
All clothing can be washed. For best care of clothing, we recommend that you wash it, inside out, in cold water and line dry.

Damaged Merchandise Policy
If anything in an order is damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days either by phone: 646-360-2304 or email service@thefifthelementnyc.com . This is necessary so that we may file an insurance claim.

ALL original material included with shipment plus the box MUST be saved for UPS claim. If this is not done, you are responsible for the cost of the damaged product.

After the inspection, unless notified otherwise, you have 3 DAYS to return the damaged merchandise. You will be refunded when product is received.
